Enabling JavaScript on Internet Explorer
Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools -> Intenet Options
Click on the Security tab
Make sure Internet icon is selected under the "Select a zone to view or change security settings" area
Click on the Custom level... button
Scroll down the Settings options and under the "tree" titled "Scripting" -> "Active Scripting" make sure the "Enabled" option is selected
Click on the OK button
On the main dialogue window, again, click on the OK button
Close any Internet Explorer windows and Restart Internet Explorer. JavaScript will now be enabled on your Internet Explorer window
To DISABLE JavaScript, follow the steps above, but select the option "Disable" under the "tree" titled "Scripting" -> "Active Scripting"
Click on the OK button
On the main dialogue window, again, click on the OK button
Close any Internet Explorer windows and Restart Internet Explorer. JavaScript will now be disabled on your Internet Explorer window
Enabling JavaScript on Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox
Click on the button at the top left hand side of the browser titled "Firefox"
Click on Options
Click on the tab titled Content
Check the box which states: "Enable JavaScript"
Click OK
Restart Firefox
To DISABLE JavaScript, follow the steps above, but Uncheck the box which states: "Enable JavaScript"
Click OK

Enabling JavaScript on Google's Chrome
Open Chrome
Go to Tools by clicking on the "spanner" icon at the top of the browser, then click on Options
A new window (or tab) will appear, click on the heading on the left hand side titled Under the Bonnet
Under the Privacy heading, click on the Content settings... button
Under the heading titled JavaScript click on the option which states: "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)"
Close the window via the cross at the top right hand side opposite the heading Content Settings
Close the tab at the very top of the browser titled "Options - Unde the Bonnet"
Restart Google Chrome
To DISABLE JavaScript, follow the steps above, but select the option which states: "Do not allow any site to run JavaScript"

Enabling JavaScript on Opera
Open Opera
For quickness you can press the F12 button on your keyboard, then click were it states "Enable JavaScript", and a checkbox next to the text will appear, then Restart Opera
Or you can click the button at the top left hand side of the browser titled "Menu"
Go to the Settings > submenu, then the submenu Quick Preferences >, then click where it states "Enable JavaScript", and a checkbox next to the text will appear

To DISABLE JavaScript, follow either of the two steps above, select the option which states: "Enable JavaScript", and the checkbox next to the text will disappear

Enabling JavaScript on Apple's Safari
Open Safari
For quickness you can press the Ctrl and , (comma) buttons on your keyboard at the same time, click on the Security tab, check the checkbox next to the text which states "Enable JavaScript", close the dialogue box, and then restart Safari
Or you can click on the button which represents Settings which is located at the top right hand side of the browser, then select Preferences
Click on the Security tab
Make sure the checkbox next to the text which states "Enable JavaScript" is checked
Close the dialogue box
Restart Safari
To DISABLE JavaScript, follow either of the two steps above, and if the checkbox next to the text which states "Enable JavaScript" is checked, uncheck the box
